Attachment Style
Secure, anxious, avoidant or fearful?
How do you love, trust and lean on others? Map your patterns of worry and distance in close relationships.
Attachment style describes how you tend to feel and act in close relationships: how much you worry about being loved and valued, and how comfortable you are depending on others and letting them depend on you. This test measures both and places you on the classic map of four adult styles.
Affection Styles
How you most like to give and receive care
Kind words, quality time, thoughtful gifts, helpful acts or a warm hug: find out which kinds of care fill your cup, and how to tell the people around you.
People show and feel care in different ways. For one person a heartfelt compliment means everything; for another it is an evening together, a small present chosen with them in mind, a chore quietly done or a long hug.
Colours of Love
Six classic styles of loving, with Greek and Latin names
Passionate, playful, friendly, practical, intense or selfless? Discover your blend of the six styles of love.
In the 1970s the sociologist John Alan Lee collected hundreds of love stories and found that people do not simply love more or less: they love in different styles. He named them with Greek and Latin words and arranged them like colours on a wheel: three primary styles and three blends.
